Some tips I would give to budget while at university are:

The key is to be diligent and honest with yourself about where your money is being spent.

Start by identifying your fixed expenses, such as rent and utilities, which typically remain the same each month. Then, allocate a portion of your income to variable expenses like groceries, dining out, and entertainment. Be realistic about what you can afford and prioritise your needs over wants.
3. Use Budgeting Tools: Technology can be your best friend when it comes to budgeting. There are plenty of budgeting apps available for students. Find one that works for you and make it a habit to regularly input your expenses.
