Gain industry experience through internships and work placements in government departments and agencies as well as media, advertising and public relations organisations. Students have completed placements with Network Ten, Brisbane Festival, Hyperplex Cinemas and plenty more. You will learn from teaching staff who both work in the field, and are at the cutting-edge of research in media and communication. If a modern trend emerges in communications, you’ll understand what it means, and how it fits into the broader fabric of the media landscape.
