About this course

What will I learn?

This double degree will prepare you for legal practice while giving you specialised knowledge in digital and social media, international relations or journalism. You can gain an understanding of politics, cultures and societies, organisations and policymaking, the impact of digital technologies and the issues that concern our region and the world. You'll also gain practical skills specific to your chosen major, such as critical analysis, problem-solving, strategic and ethical leadership, and advanced communication skills and strategies. Graduates may be recognised in Western Australia by the Legal Practice Board of Western Australia. Develop real-world experience before you graduate. Learn how work-integrated learning helps you build career skills and connect with industry early.

Entry requirements

For international students

To apply for entry into this course, you must have met:

  • the course ATAR (Australian Tertiary Academic Rank) or equivalent recognised overseas qualification
  • ATAR - 90
  • Completion of Australian Year 12 (VCE, HSC, QCE, WACE, SACE, TCE, NTCE, ACT) with a minimum Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) of 70; and a scaled mark of at least 50 in English, Literature, or English as an Additional Language or Dialect.
  • International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma - 35
