To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have a Bachelors Degree with relevant undergraduate major, or equivalent as recognised by UWA. Selection based on WAM potentially calculated on Level 3 units only will apply.and(2) (a) Completed an approved 3 year psychology sequence in an APAC accredited program, or equivalent and (b) achieved the equivalent of a UWA Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65 per cent in the Level 2 and Level 3 psychology units, where the average of all Level 3 psychology unit marks will be weighted twice as heavily as the average of all Level 2 psychology unit marks.(3) Admission will be awarded to the highest ranked applicants under (2) (b) for the intake quota for that year.(4) Entry via an Indigenous pathway: Indigenous applicants who have (a) completed an approved 3 year psychology sequence in an APAC accredited program, or equivalent, and (b) achieved the equivalent of a UWA Weighted Average Mark of at least 70 per cent in the Level 2 and Level 3 psychology units, where the average of all Level 3 psychology unit marks will be weighted twice as heavily as the average of all Level 2 psychology unit marks, are exempt from (3). Indigenous applicants applying for 2025 commencement only may also be exempted on the basis of achieving an average of 70 per cent in all Level 3 psychology marks.
