It also seeks to explain relationships between the smallest and largest structures, between forces, and energy in the Universe. Students will gain a large number of practical skills such as planning and conducting physical science experiments, real world computation and quantitative problem solving, and scientific communication, which find application in a wide range of careers.

Entry requirements

For international students

To apply for entry into this course, you must have met:

  • the course ATAR (Australian Tertiary Academic Rank) or equivalent recognised overseas qualification
  • ATAR - 70
  • Completion of Australian Year 12 (VCE, HSC, QCE, WACE, SACE, TCE, NTCE, ACT) with a minimum Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) of 70; and a scaled mark of at least 50 in English, Literature, or English as an Additional Language or Dialect.
  • International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma - 24
