What will I learn?

Australia’s boom in infrastructure development and construction has led to an increased demand for qualified industry professionals such as building surveyors. Bond’s Master of Building Surveying equips you with the advanced knowledge as well as professional and technical skill sets to become a specialist in areas such as building legislation, technical codes, and construction standards, opening up opportunities for senior roles with major construction and development companies or for self-employment as a consultant surveyor. Studying in our trademark small classes, you’ll be mentored by experienced practitioners with a wealth of industry contacts and our world-renowned academics. The program has been designed in close consultation with the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS), so you can be confident that your qualification covers the most up-to-date industry regulations, requirements, and technologies.

Entry requirements

For international students

Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in a related field (building, civil/structural engineering or architecture) OR Successful completion of a Bond University Graduate Diploma of Building Surveying.
