Master of Decarbonisation, Energy and Sustainability Management (Advanced)

Australia

What will I learn?

As governments and industries worldwide commit to net-zero, demand is growing for professionals who can turn sustainability ambition into measurable results. Our Master of Decarbonisation, Energy and Sustainability Management (Advanced) prepares you to lead that change, combining advanced knowledge of decarbonisation, energy and sustainability with applied skills in carbon accounting, life cycle assessment, systems modelling, and policy analysis.

You'll build core capabilities in carbon management, life cycle assessment, just transition, and sustainability reporting, then specialise by combining two majors chosen from Strategic Decarbonisation, Renewable and Sustainable Energy, Sustainable Cities and Infrastructure, and Corporate Sustainability Management. Pairing two majors lets you tailor the degree to your background and career goals, graduating with a distinctive, complementary skill set.

You'll then complete a capstone component, choosing one of two pathways. Our professional practice pathway applies project development and management frameworks to real industry challenges, while our research pathway involves an in-depth, supervised project that builds advanced analytical and inquiry skills.
