What will I learn?

The healthcare landscape is changing and challenging the way we currently engage with healthcare services. The population is living longer with complex and chronic conditions, and many people have increasing expectations of healthcare and technology. The traditional, siloed approach to healthcare is becoming increasingly ineffective and inefficient in meeting patients’ needs and desires. We require a flexible health workforce that engages in lifelong learning, is technologically savvy, understands research evidence, and is able to develop different models and systems of care. We are all being challenged to upskill and prepare ourselves to lead the changes required. Health leaders who think differently can learn to thrive in an environment of disruption and create positive change. The Master of Healthcare Innovations is offered full-time over three (3) semesters (one year), or part-time over multiple semesters. The program is delivered to small cohorts via intensive workshops supported by interactive learning resources and individualised assessments. This enables flexibility for those balancing study with work and family commitments.
