What will I learn?

The Master of Project Management program provides a comprehensive business-ready foundation that will equip students from any background with the knowledge required to develop a career and expertise in project management. The Master of Project Management features four distinct study themes including strategy, sustainability, managing complex problems and teams, and virtual teams and global working. The curriculum addresses a range of topics including conflict resolution, effective integrated planniThis program will enhance your knowledge across an array of areas including sustainable practices, business strategy, change management and measurable performance. Graduates will be equipped with the critical professional skills employers seek in communication, leadership, team management, negotiation, and risk management and can apply these skills via predictive, adaptive and hybrid ways of working. Project management is a truly international career and enables working with people from different disciplines and cultures either in the one location or as virtual teams from different locations. Regardless of project type, the same processes are adopted to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, as specified and with no surprises. Value delivery and benefits realisation are important aspects of contemporary professional practice.ng, management, market performance, portfolio management, public and private sector investment and risk identification. External speakers from leading investment banks, credit agencies and portfolio fund managers contribute to case studies and workshops.
