What will I learn?

Western's chemistry program contains all the components to provide a solid foundation of the different types of applications of chemistry. As a student, you will learn the tools and techniques involved with chemistry. With a solid foundation, students further expand out to other areas of chemistry such as energy, synthesis, biology, and biochemistry.

Entry requirements

For international students

A minimum average of B grade in 3 distinct A-Levels or 4 distinct AS-Levels. Predicted Results - You must complete the GCE A Level Predicted Results Form. A minimum of a C grade in 5 GCSE or IGCSE or Ordinary Levels or equivalent in academic subjects. A minimum of 4.0 full senior academic courses reported on your academic transcript. A minimum SAT combined Evidence-Based Reading and Writing plus Math score of 1190 OR a minimum ACT composite score of 24. The score reports must be official and come to the Admissions Office directly from the College Board or ACT.
