What will I learn?

The Human Resources (HR) Certificate program helps you build practical skills and a strong understanding of today’s HR field across any industry. You’ll explore how HR connects to organizational strategy and get hands-on experience in areas like talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, change management, health and safety, labour relations, and employment law.The program also looks ahead, with a focus on current issues shaping the future of work, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in HR, inclusive practices, and building healthier workplace cultures. Entry requirements

For international students

  • Credit in English Language Arts 30-1 or minimum 65% in English Language Arts 30-2 or equivalent
  • Credit in Math 30-1 or 30-2 or equivalent

Successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test that consists of five tests with a minimum score in the following sections:

  • Language Arts: Reading and Writing: 520 minimum standard score
  • Math Test: 520 minimum score
