Memorial University offers exciting Nursing programs for students who wish to continue their nursing education. The online Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) programs offer students the opportunity to engage with classmates from across the country and continue to work while they study. The on-campus PhD program helps students lay the foundation for a program of research in nursing. All of the programs prepare nurses at an advanced level to contribute to evidence-informed practice and to provide leadership for change, at both the systems and individual levels, in a variety of practice settings.Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) – The PhD program is offered in areas reflective of the strength and expertise of current faculty members in the Faculty of Nursing. All candidates will be required to attend as full-time students during the first six semesters (two academic years) of the program.
