This programme focuses on the strategic role of human resource management in contemporary organisations. It combines academic rigour with practical skill development, exploring employee relations, talent development, organisational and technological change, and people analytics. The curriculum is fully accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
