Critically analyse and integrate theoretical perspectives, contemporary literature, policy and practice to grow your knowledge, skills and confidence in Professional Supervision within your particular professional and organisational context. Develop advanced knowledge, skills, awareness and critical reflection to underpin effective supervision within your work context. As a working professional with at least three years’ experience in your field of practice, you will have the opportunity to learn and reflect alongside course colleagues from a broad range of social care and allied health professions. In this way you will enhance your clinical and professional supervision skills.
