What you'll study
Our BSc (Hons) Culinary Industry Management course is designed to give you both the theoretical and practical skills needed to excel in the food business, with a focus on culinary arts creativity and strategic management.
During this culinary degree, you will build a strong foundation in management principles, including accounting, finance, research, strategic decision-making and leadership and communication. At the same time, you will refine your practical culinary skills and explore advanced cooking techniques.
This balanced approach will equip you with an expansive skill set that meets the demands of modern hospitality, food and beverage production, and service.
