You will have many opportunities to practise your developing language skills informally through the German Society and Drama Group and you will spend the whole of year three taking your language and cultural skills to a very high level as a language assistant or visiting student in Germany or Austria.On graduation, your combination of skills and experience will give you many choices. Should you opt for a career in business, you will offer a distinct advantage for employers and business organisations operating in Europe, including the European Commission. Entry requirements

For students from United States

For First Year Entry a minimum of 3 A Levels at BBB or 4 AS at AABB.For Second Year Entry a minimum of an A in the subject selected for Single Honours plus BB, or AB in the subjects selected for Joint Honours plus a further B.In addition A Level Maths is required, as well as GCSE in English or English Language.
