What will I learn?

The Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) in Business Management is designed to equip you with the essential business knowledge and management skills for you to succeed in the ever-evolving business world. It covers a wide range of business and management topics, including aspects of business environments, people management and digital business and marketing skills, equipping you with practical skills for real-life situations. By taking this one-year programme, you will gain a recognised stand-alone Level 4 qualification which is equivalent to year one of an undergraduate degree. This will provide you with the opportunity to either boost your career or take the first step towards completing a full undergraduate degree. Once you have completed the CertHE, you can progress directly into the second year of our Business Management BA (Hons) undergraduate degree programme.As part of this programme, you will also attend induction and Stepping into HE sessions as part of your onboarding which will prepare you for the transition into academic settings.

Entry requirements

For international students

40 UCAS points, or at least one A level (or a minimum of 40 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification, e.g. BTEC/Subsidiary/National/BTEC Extended Diploma). GCSE English at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent). Functional Skills Level 2 in English.
