This BSc Business Management (Human Resource Management) is designed to develop your knowledge and understanding of how businesses and their workforce operate and succeed, while providing you with a range of practical skills needed in today's world of business.**Why choose this course?**- The role of human resource management (HRM) within organisations is now arguably more important than ever. You will learn about:- how organisations are managed- the environment in which they operate- how decisions are made- how to manage organisational behaviour and change.**How you will learn**You will learn via a range of different methods including lectures, seminars, presentations and group discussions. To help you gain practical knowledge first-hand, we also host guest speakers and offer you live case study sessions and panel discussions with entrepreneurs and practitioners.You can study this course full- or part-time. You can also choose your own timetable for the core/compulsory modules **selecting whether to study them in the daytime or in the evening**.**Placement route**If you opt for the full-time Placement route on this course, it will give you the opportunity to develop your business skills in the workplace and apply learning from your degree in a professional setting to further increase your employability when you graduate. Please note that this option is not available for students who require a Student visa to study in the UK.**Foundation Year**If you opt for the Foundation Year route, this will fully prepare you for undergraduate study.
