This course challenges you to go beyond simply using technology in the learning experience. You’ll explore how to question it, shape it, and apply it responsibly, developing the confidence to respond to both the opportunities and issues AI brings to education.

By blending critical enquiry and practice-based learning, you’ll discover how digital tools, AI, and emerging education technologies can enhance learning design, deepen engagement, and support ethical decision-making across diverse contexts.

As part of this course, you’ll:

• Explore the societal, technological, and educational forces shaping digital learning in the age of AI
• Design, implement, and evaluate digitally enhanced and AI-informed pedagogy within your own practice
• Critically compare different approaches to the use of digital and AI technologies in education
• Reflect on your professional identity and practice through key concepts in digital education and AI
