What will I learn?

Cross-border litigation refers to a legal dispute that involves parties from different countries.


This LLM course will develop your specialised legal expertise in cross-border disputes. This will include International and European disputes.

Entry requirements

For international students

A UK Lower Second-Class Honours (2:2) degree. Your degree should be in law, or a Law related degree with at least 50% of the credits in law.
