What will I learn?

This course provides in-depth knowledge of Law and Policy for Sustainability, offering opportunities to explore a range of sustainability issues relevant to the real-world challenges faced by state and non-state actors, including companies. Students will examine topics such as the development of sustainability policy, the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, the relationship between sustainability, corporate social responsibility and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) regulation and emerging trends and practices for sustainable futures.
