Entry requirements

For students from United States

Generally, the minimum entry requirement for most taught Masters courses is a lower second class honours degree (2.2). However, some departments may require upper second class honours degrees (2.1) (e.g. School of Art) or relevant work experience. UK 2ii Honours standard: Bachelor's GPA 2.6. UK 2i Honours standard: Bachelor's GPA 3.10. UK 1st Class Honours standard: Bachelor's GPA 3.60.

For international students

A good honours degree (in any discipline) at undergraduate level plus a minimum of 6 weeks’ relevant work experience. Candidates with equivalent experience and qualifications will be considered. IELTS 6.5 with minimum 5.5 in each component. TOEFL 93 with minimum component scores: Reading 18, Listening 17, Speaking 20, Writing 17.
