The career options are vast and with significant earnings potential which will allow you to create the life you want in the future. Accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), which will help you toward achieving Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status, this MEng course is designed to give you flexibility in your choice of engineering career pathways after graduation, ranging from renewable energy systems to critical medical appliances. You’ll study the fundamental principles of mechanics, dynamics, heat transfer and fluid flow with design, manufacturing, and business considerations. **Why Study Mechanical Engineering MEng at University of Huddersfield?** Following your second year, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in an optional industry work placement, where you’ll put your knowledge into practice, gain invaluable real-world work experience and boost your post-graduate employability.
