This course is designed for individuals with diverse academic or work experience backgrounds. It provides opportunities to gain industry-aligned skills in leadership, project management, and sustainable event organisation. Key course content includes: Leadership and relationships: explore leadership, stakeholder management and EDI.Event creation and management: cover experience design, project management and risk management, following the PMBOK framework.Sustainability and innovation: examine sustainability, innovation and emerging trends, such as using AI in event management, all of which are aligned with relevant global standards. This course will be assessed using a variety of methods which could vary depending on the module. Assessment methods may include: reportspitch presentationsmarketing proposalscreative/digital mood boardsvodcasts.
