MSc Project Management with Professional Practice

What will I learn?

Our business Master’s in Project Management course is focused on the needs of the industry and aims to produce graduates who are ‘work ready’. A business Master’s degree in project management is sought after by many organisations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, making it a great way to develop versatile skills, such as planning and organisation skills and increase your employability. You will graduate fully prepared to effectively manage projects, learning strategies for planning, risk management, quality control, leading people and vital communication approaches. This course is offered as a 2-year full-time business master’s programme. Sharing the first year of study with the 1-year MSc Project Management, the 2-year programme benefits from a second year of Professional Practice that is specifically aimed at fostering the employment opportunities of students. Offering greater flexibility than a traditional Placement Year, our Professional Practice Year allows you to decide how to put your skills into practice. Choose between an academic dissertation, business plan, business or consultancy project, or a paid placement in industry, depending on the option that is best suited to your future career path.
