MSc Specialist Practice: District Nursing is a professional practice course for registered adult nurses working in the community, aspiring to move into team leader grade roles. NHS employers increasingly require band 6 community nurses to hold the NMC recordable specialist practice qualification (SPQ) in district nursing, as well as the independent/supplementary prescribing qualification. You'll achieve both these qualifications by successfully completing the course to PGDip level.
