The overarching purpose of the programme is to expose the students to contemporary training methodologies in the applied sciences to understand the high-performance sport landscape. In addition, students will be equipped with a number of lifelong skills to navigate the digital world they are confronted are to embed wellbeing and resilience. The students will understand the high-performance landscape through exposure to inter and multi-disciplinary team approaches.
