What will I learn?

The Ivy College of Business has partnered with the Department of Economics to offer a Business Economics major. Where business studies the organizations and functions that deliver goods and services to customers, economics studies those good and services with respect to production, distribution, and consumption, and the choices we make about how to best utilize the resources we have. Upon graduation, undergraduate students majoring in Business Economics will: Be effective communicators, Be effective collaborators, Be problem solvers, Understand business concepts and Recognize ethical and legal responsibilities to organizations.

Entry requirements

For international students

High school GPA requirement: Equivalent to a minimum 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. For more information on equivalency calculations. Core course requirements: Along with the GPA requirement, students must complete a minimum set of high school core courses, including four years of English (or their native language), three years of science with at least two years of laboratory science in biology, chemistry, and/or physics, three years of mathematics including algebra and geometry, and two years of social studies.
