RIT’s degree in public health explores current health issues in order to prevent disease, improve health, and help people attain health equity locally and across the world. The public health BS is the study of health challenges locally and in communities across the globe, and the actions needed to resolve these issues. Entry requirements

For international students

For all bachelors degree programs, a strong performance in a college preparatory program is expected. Generally, this includes:4 years of English3 years of social studies and/or history3-4 years of mathematics Specific math requirements are detailed by college below2-3 years of scienceSpecific science requirements are detailed by college belowCompletion of a High School Diploma or its equivalenceSubmit an official high school transcript. Transcripts may be sent electronically or mailed/emailed to RIT Admissions from your high school. Submit a letter of recommendation. A school counselor recommendation is preferred, teacher recommendations are welcome, and any additional recommendation letters will be considered (minimum of 1 recommendation letter required, suggested maximum of 3-5).
