What will I learn?

Ignite Your Creativity:- Unlock your full potential and hone your writing skills with a Creative Writing emphasis. Students have two avenues to choose from in the emphasis: Poetry or Fiction. Whichever path students decide to take, they will be guided by experienced and encouraging staff. Students take classes such as Intro to Creative Writing, Multi-Genre Writing, and The Craft of Fiction/Poetry. Students will grow and learn to express themselves in a nurturing environment while they strive for their career goals.

Entry requirements

For international students

Complete official transcripts or academic records in native language and official English translation including grades earned in each subject.Copy of the secondary school or high school certificate of completion or diploma, if applicable. Current certified bank statement or financial guarantee (within 6 months), Financial Statement of Support form, Delivery Method form, Copy of passport, All official documents (original or certified copies) must be mailed directly to Pittsburg State University. Official transcripts must be received direct from the issuing school in a sealed envelop. A minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) in an accredited international post secondary institution (college/university)
