If you see yourself in an educational leadership role outside of the traditional classroom, consider the Leadership and Learning Innovation major. Communities are always in need of individuals who have expertise on how to make learning accessible for all. Graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Learning Innovation fill lead roles in a wide range of fields, including volunteer programming, nonprofit work, youth services, and community education and outreach. The undergraduate experience teaches students how to design traditional and digital instruction that turns complex ideas into understandable and accessible content and empowers individuals from diverse backgrounds to engage in learning outside of the traditional school setting.
