What will I learn?

This certificate is part of the Marketing AAAS and is designed to be a step towards a degree. By completing the Marketing Certificate of Proficiency, you will have completed the first 45 credits of a Marketing degree. Shoreline College offers a Certificate of Proficiency (CP) in Marketing. Students interested in advancement are encouraged to enroll in a longer course of study to complete an Associate in Applied Arts and Sciences (AAAS) degree in Marketing.

Entry requirements

For international students

Completion of the equivalent of U.S. 9th grade. Must be at least 16 years of age at program start date, Financial statement (bank statement or letter from the bank in English issued within 6 months) with minimum balance of USD 21,150. Copy of Passport photo page (recommended). Please upload your most recent academic records (unofficial transcripts are acceptable) in the Academic History tab as you fill out the application. If you need to, you can also upload after you submit your application on your Application Status page. If you have attended any school(s) in the U.S., you must provide a transcript for each school. We reserve the right to ask for original documents and/or contact the issuing bank directly for verification purposes. If you are applying for the High School Completion program, you will need to provide a Credential Evaluation of any overseas high school coursework and copies of any U.S. transcripts. This is not due at the time of admission.
