What will I learn?

The Master of Science in Architecture: Facilities Management (M.S.) program is designed as a one-year curriculum for those students with a four-year, pre-professional degree in architecture and a two-year curriculum for those students without a pre-professional degree in architecture. The Master of Science in Architecture: Facilities Management Track is a joint program between the School of Architecture and the School of Business and Industry. It is designed for graduates of accredited institutions seeking an industry-focused degree in facility management. The field integrates people, place, process, and technology to ensure the functionality of the built environment. The program emphasizes independent thinking, problem-solving through research and analysis, and the defense of well-developed solutions. The Master of Science in Architecture: Facilities Management Track does not prepare graduates to become licensed architects.
