Designed for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous students, this certificate prepares you to engage with Indigenous Knowledge Systems, land education and community-based research methods. You’ll explore how learning happens in Indigenous contexts, examine Indigenous approaches to STEM and develop skills to navigate institutions in ways that honor Indigenous priorities. By completing this program, you’ll be equipped to foster respectful partnerships with Tribal communities and support nation building through education and research.
