What will I learn?

Law librarians and legal information professionals represent an area of growing need in the libraries of law schools, universities, legal firms, court systems and more. A collaboration between the iSchool and the Cracchiolo Law Library at the University of Arizona College of Law, the Graduate Certificate in Legal Information is designed to meet this need by equipping legal information professionals to be successful in any setting. Those enrolled in the graduate certificate program are also encouraged to seek student membership in the American Association of Law Libraries to have ample opportunity for professional development, networking, continuing education and employment.

For international students

The School of Information applies the same minimum criteria as it does for the Master of Arts in Library and Information Science.

  • a bachelor's degree from an accredited school/institution
  • a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
