What will I learn?

The University of Cincinnati’s Master of Arts in Human Resources degree program is offered full- and part-time to provide a flexible schedule for graduate students. As human capital is increasingly recognized as a competitive advantage, leading firms are focusing more on talent acquisition and development, leadership training, and culture shaping. Students can complete this program in as few as nine months or two semesters. The Lindner College of Business also offers assistance for students looking for job placement after graduation. The program's advisory board consists of HR professionals who work or have worked at high-profile organizations such as Macy’s, Procter & Gamble, and First Financial Bank.
