What will I learn?

Tackle today’s complex talent challenges with a curriculum aligned to SHRM standards. Gain skills in workforce strategy and organizational design, and graduate ready to lead HR transformation. Pace’s MS in Human Resources Management from the Lubin School of Business prepares you for leadership roles within the field of human resources and across organizations. Being equipped with proper knowledge on the analysis, design, and evaluation of human resources systems and processes-and how those systems are integrated within business strategy-is critical to developing effective and successful human resources leaders. Our MS in Human Resources Management program, one of the few in the country to be housed in an Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) -accredited business school, fully aligns with the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates. The guidelines are part of SHRM's academic initiative to define human resources education standards taught in university business schools and to help universities develop degree programs that follow these standards. Our thoughtfully designed curriculum focuses on organizational behavior, labor relations, and employment law. Theory and current best practices are taught so that you may identify sustainable, competitive advantages by adapting human resources strategies and practices to market fluctuations and shifting pressure from competitors.
