What will I learn?

Master's students in the Water, Society and Policy program (non-thesis) study human and environmental processes as they affect water resources and watersheds while observing, monitoring and modeling processes for management of water ranging from local to global scales.Through intensive coursework in social science, policy and hydrology, paired with professional skill development activities and a master's project, graduates will earn an enhanced understanding of the principles necessary to make informed decisions about water resources.
