What will I learn?

It consists of 21 units from a selected area of concentration. The 20 different areas of concentration (AoC) include all the disciplines within the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences, plus history. Areas of study and topics include career and life planning, environmental studies, family relations, and more. This option gives you the flexibility to dive deeper into a subject you’re passionate about while still enjoying the interdisciplinary nature of the social sciences.

Entry requirements

For international students

International students applying for freshman admission must have graduated from a college-preparatory high school program and must not have completed or attempted any college or university coursework after high school graduation. Applicants are required to have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (B) on the U.S. 4.0 grading scale. SAT or ACT scores are not required for admission, although submitting higher-level test scores may help students qualify for higher-level English and/or mathematics courses.
