Graduate International Student Scholarships

Other eligibility requirements

• MCNY Recognition Award Scholarship ranges from USD $3600 to USD $4,500 max  – (MA, MBA, MPA, MS, MSED).
• Scholarship per semester is calculated on the number of registered credits at USD $100 per credit, with exception of MSED 46 credit program which award is maximized at USD $4500.
• Students must be registered for the semester to obtain the scholarship.
• This scholarship may not be combined with any other MCNY institutional scholarship.

Requirements to receive this scholarship:

In order to receive this scholarship, one [1] of the following criteria must be met:

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 in undergraduate degree
• Resume showing extensive related experience to degree program (determined by Director of Admissions)
• Above average TOEFL/IELTS or other English language proficiency test scores

Must enroll as a full-time student as defined for international students
Must qualify for F1 student visa, or already have valid visa that permits student the right to pursue course of study

Scholarship is contingent on the following:

• Must maintain satisfactory academic progress as published in the student handbook and college website
• Must maintain full-time enrollment as defined for international students
• Must maintain F1 student status, or maintain valid visa that permits student the right to pursue course of study
