What will I learn?

Research an area of your interest and advance your knowledge of contemporary marketing issues with the Marketing specialisation in the Master of Business. Research is fundamental to studying marketing at the postgraduate level. As a Master of Business in Marketing student you'll learn from research-active and widely published academic staff. Our staff are internationally recognised as experts in marketing, particularly in consumer behaviour, marketing strategy and social marketing issues, and bring their cutting-edge research into the classes they teach. AUT's Marketing department also hosts regular research seminars and international visitors. Our close ties with industry mean that as a postgraduate marketing student, you can access industry data and are aware of the issues facing modern businesses.

Entry requirements

For international students

Completed one of the following or equivalent with a B grade average or higher in courses at level 7 or above: Bachelor of Business OR Graduate Diploma in Business Students who studied level 7 business courses as part of a degree different than stated above may also meet the entry requirements. If this applies to you, contact us to find out more. All final admission to the Master of Business is subject to approval by the dean (or representative).
