What will I learn?

LLM International Commercial Law with Intellectual Property Law and Management combines International Commercial Law knowledge with a comprehensive overview of core issues in intellectual property law and management. Choose to start in September or the following February.LLM International Commercial Law with Intellectual Property Law and Management, the first and only LLM in the UK offering Law and Management of IP within a Business School, takes an interdisciplinary approach which combines law and business to offer a wide choice of modules across the School of Law, Arts, Communications and Designs and the renowned Henley Business School.In addition to all of the benefits of our International Commercial Law programme the pathway in Intellectual Property Law and Management will also provide links with employers and will give you opportunities to gain real-world experience.

Entry requirements

For international students

Normally a good undergraduate honours degree (2.1 or above) in Law, Economics, Finance and Business Finance or equivalent from a university outside the UK

Applicants who have a 2.2 plus 3 years relevant work experience (and/or have passed the Bar exam will also be considered)

Applicants who have a 2.2 with less experience and/or higher marks in some law modules may also be considered and are welcome to apply.

*There may be different IELTS requirements depending on your chosen course.
