What will I learn?

Our PGCE Secondary Drama course is part of the Expressive Arts Area of Learning and Experience. This Initial Teacher Education (ITE) programme provides a path to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a combination of university-led training and school-led placements. Develop your skills in pedagogy and reflective practice, focusing on drama education across the secondary age range. Experience diverse teaching environments through urban and rural placements, including Welsh-medium schools. Professional teaching experience (PTE) and mentor support are integral, ensuring comprehensive training.
