About Acadia University
Overview
Acadia University was established in 1838. The University offers over 200 combinations of programs through the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Pure and Applied Science, the Faculty of Professional Studies and the Divinity College. Based out of Wolfville in Nova Scotia, Acadia offers a great living and learning experience to its students. There are 11 fully equipped residence halls that offers students affordable and convenient accommodation. The University is also home to a number of research centers and institutes. Since 1997 the Canadian Foundation for Innovation has funded 18 projects at Acadia.
