What will I learn?

This major empowers students to understand and employ the languages of music, explore musical cultures, and engage with relevant theoretical concepts that enable communication both between musicians, and between musicians and audiences. Explore musical texts and communication, musicology, music markets, genre and brand, project development and delivery. This major equips you with skills and knowledge to work in contemporary performance, education (with further study) and community contexts.Graduates are equipped for various roles across the creative industries, and in corporate and community sectors such as education (with further study) and the media.
