What will I learn?

The engineering component of the degree equips graduates with the ability to design and maintain cutting-edge products or infrastructure. You will be exposed to challenging, hands-on experience through laboratories and design projects, enabling you to make an immediate contribution to the industry.Your additional business degree can help accelerate your career advancement. You will gain valuable skills in management, accounting, international business or marketing, depending on your choice of major, and gain a broad base of commercial knowledge. Combine valuable broad business skills with specific engineering knowledge with the Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree. You will complete two degrees in five years full-time. Our engineering courses, whether a single or double degree, now include honours-level content integrated throughout the course. A bachelor honours degree is a higher-level qualification than a bachelor degree, and along with the advanced knowledge and skills, it will benefit you in your professional career or future research and study. The duration of the degree remains unchanged: a single engineering honours degree is a four-year program, and a double degree is five years.Your engineering degree features common units in the first year that combine broad foundation principles with a wide range of major choices, giving you flexibility and options before you choose your career specialisation.
