The Bachelor of Business Management (Honours) is a one-year program that will teach you how to undertake research relevant to business. Entry is competitive and is based on your undergraduate GPA. Choose an honours field that best aligns with your undergraduate studies. Fields are available in Management, or Real Estate and Development. You'll also need to complete a range of elective courses from your field. Complete a compulsory course on research methods that will develop the skills you need to successfully design and conduct research projects. You'll use this knowledge to write a thesis, which is a major part of the honours program. Push the boundaries and develop high-level skills in critical and analytical thinking, research, communication, problem-solving and project management. Your honours year will open doors to careers in research or consulting.

This field is aimed at high-achieving students who have completed a Bachelor of Business Management in management-related areas like: Advertising; eBusiness; Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations; International Business; Management and Organisations; or Marketing. Honours students in this field complete 12 units of compulsory courses, including a research thesis, and courses in contemporary research issues and qualitative and/or quantitative research methods, plus 4 units of business electives.
