What will I learn?

Our Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Advanced Studies combined degree allows you to explore your interest in business alongside study in other disciplines from maths to music, and tailor your studies for a career in a specialised industry.

Undertaking the Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Advanced Studies allows you to complete a second major, combine studies from a range of disciplines, undertake advanced coursework, and get involved in a cross-disciplinary community, professional, research or entrepreneurial project work.

You will gain a strong commercial grounding in areas such as accounting, finance and business statistics.

In addition to technical development, you will gain critical thinking and problem-solving skills to apply your knowledge effectively in the business world. Entry requirements

For students from United States

Applicants must have obtained a ATAR score: 28 -40; English Language Requirements: IELTS overall score of 6.5 with no band below 6.0; TOEFL Paper based score of 565; TOEFL IBT: 85; PTE Academic score of 61; Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE): 58; Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE): 45; Cambridge English scale: CAE and CPE: 176.

For international students

Admission to this course is on the basis of the following criteria:

a secondary education qualification (including national and international equivalents), or approved higher education study, including approved preparation courses.

IELTS: A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band

TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing

Pearsons Test of English: A minimum result of 68 overall and a minimum result of 54 in each band

Application deadline: Jan/31 for Semester 1 and June/30 for semester 2.
