The program provides a comprehensive foundation in management, equipping students with the knowledge and practical skills required to lead teams, manage resources and achieve organisational objectives. Students develop expertise in leadership, communication, problem-solving, planning, organisational behaviour, change management, budgeting and decision-making while gaining an understanding of the challenges faced by modern managers in local and international business environments. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with practical application to prepare graduates for management and leadership roles across a wide range of industries.
