What will I learn?

The Public Relations major provides a thorough foundation in the skills and knowledge required in the public relations field. You’ll study strategies and tactics event management issues and crisis management digital and social communication account and client management and campaign development and evaluation, plus you’ll complete an industry internship. This major focuses on the role of the public relations practitioner (both in-house and consultancy) and provides a theoretical framework of the industry. By studying the theory and undertaking practical projects with real-world application you’ll be prepared for your future in public relations.
